The Iron Bridge Public Library was founded in 1974 to provide reading pleasure, research, hobbies etc. to residents of Iron Bridge. The C.A.P. site was added to the library in 1997, providing 2 computers with internet access for patrons. Iron Bridge amalgamated with Thompson Township, Thessalon Township, and Day and Bright Township in 1999 and the library name was changed to Huron Shores Public Library. The current CEO/ Librarian is Todd Beharriell. Other staff members are Jennifer Fortin and ? They are both Librarian Assistants.
